Air travel can be stressful, especially when it comes to luggage. Spot’s mission is to remove the anxiety of losing a checked bag.
With a connected tracker and a dedicated app for tracking and assistance, travelers can monitor their bag’s exact location in real time and always have a point of contact in case of issues.
Spot is the result of a series of meetings and interviews with travelers to better understand their needs, concerns, and expectations.
This project was developed as part of a workshop between NCAD Dublin and Accenture The Dock, with the aim of improving the passenger journey at Dublin International Airport.
